Українське державне підприємство поштового зв’язку «Укрпошта» (УДППЗ «Укрпошта») входить до сфери управління Міністерства транспорту та зв’язку України, є національним оператором поштового зв’язку України згідно з розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 10 січня 2002 року.
