Администрация сайта ссылается на то что адрес платежной карты и адрес консолидированного склада разные,... И поэтому заказ считается сомнительным. А денег нет... Внизу текст оригинал.

В описанной Вами ситуации сумма покупки временно заблокирована на платежной карте. Срок разблокировки зависит от банка-эмитента, но, согласно правилам международных платежных систем, не может превышать 30 дней. Если указанный срок уже прошел, рекомендуем обратиться в банк, который обслуживает Вашу платежную карту.
