The courier first delivered the wrong order. After that, about 40 minutes later, my actual order was finally delivered, but the food was already completely cold.
When I contacted customer support, I faced rude and unprofessional behavior from the operator. I was told in a very disrespectful manner that the order could be canceled, but no refund would be issued. The operator also made it clear that he was not interested in communicating or resolving the issue.
This kind of attitude from customer support is absolutely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when the mistake was clearly on the courier’s side.
After this experience, I will never order from Glovo again. I sincerely hope the company reviews its customer support team and replaces such employees, because the current level of service is terrible.
