This company truly deserves a bad review - Отзывы о Flowers.ua
Last start with the fact that I ordered the surprise for my girlfriend 3 weeks before Valentines day and I wrote them a few times just to be sure that everything works as intended. On 14.2 of Valentine's day, the order was simply cancelled "due technical difficulties". The flowers never arrived on Valentines Day. Moreover, they obviously state via email that you can get a refund or recieve a box of chocolates as compensation, so they "added" one of those to my order. Guess what? They lied. They never added anything to the order. Not to mention the customer service is horrible, the love letter looks nothing like in the pictures and my girlfriend recieved less flowers than was ordered. At least she was still happy with my surpirse. Do yourself a favor, don't order from this company.
