23.11.2022р. Оформила замовлення на сайті компанії Flowers.ua (https://flowers.ua).
Обрала запропонований на сайт час доставки з 9:00 до 12:00 на дату 24.11. 2022.
Зробила оплату за замовлення у розмірі 2038₴. Наступного дня коли о дванадцятій запитала який статус мого замовлення мені сказали що замовлення не доставлено, через те що не вдалося зв'язатися з одержувачем. При цьому я контактувала з одержувачем у час доставки, вітала з днем народження. Окрім цієї доставки на цей же час була замовлена доставка з кондитерської яка успішно була доставлення одержувачі кондитерською о десятій ранку.
Від Flowers.ua паралельно на пошту тримала лист щодо ставка у зв'язку зі складною ситуацію Києві буде перенесена на період з 14:00 до 21:00.
О 21:01 Я написала службу підтримки дізнатися коли ж все-таки буде доставлена моє замовлення, нащо мені відповіли що сьогодні до 21:00. О 22:00 замовлення так і не було доставлене, В менеджер в чаті мені відповіла що одержувач так і не вийшов на зв'язок. Водій ніби стукав у двері, але ніхто не відкрив.
Враховуючи що житловий будинок має охорону і якщо хтось приїжджає з доставкою, то охорона повідомляє власника квартири або приймає товар у себе і потім передає власнику, поспілкувавшись з охороною будинку вони озвучили. що двері на вхід були відчинені і жоден кур'єр у цей час не приїжджав ні до кого.
Відповідно до цього, роблю висновок що замовлення ніхто не привозив із одержувача не зв'язувалися. Я попросила повернути мені гроші, нашо в менеджер сказав що з мене отримують 129₴ за доставку. Коли я попросила надати мені підтвердження що кур'єр дійсно їздив за адресою, в менеджер флористичний компанії мені відповів що зв'язку з водієм у них немає. І коли він з ними зв'яжуться невідома. Виникає питання як же в менеджер дізнався що водій дійсно їздив і одержувач не відповів на жоден дзвінок. Підсумок такого замовлення, одержувачу квіти так і не були діставлений, свято зіпсоване. Гроші мені сказали що будуть повернуті протягом 7 днів. Ніяких даних що кур'єр їздив за адресою мені так і не надали.
