I strongly do not recommend using the services of this company. We have gone through a huge stress after this trip. The date of our travel was on 09 June 2025. We went from Krakow to Rivne (the bus route was Prague-Kiev though). When the bus moved from the auto station, it got broken. The driver instead of solving the emergency situation and calming down the passengers - just informed that the people going from Prague will be moved to the next ecolines bus (in several hours), and they will move forward. The people who sat in Krakow were offered to eaither remain in the bus (for several days or longed depanding on the repair of this bus) or stay somewhere in Krakow. Nobody even offered to help getting back to the station. Therefore, we had to call taxi to get back to the station and find another but to return home. Still, the money return was not done (the money are being on the pending balance and will get on the active balane within 15 days only). No compensation was also offered or any help with anything. The company took none responsibility of this situation and did not bother themselves with the fortune of their passengers. Please note also that we were going with 2 kids - 1 teen and one 9-year-old one. The driver was very rude as well and even told one of the passengers to shut their mouth and go our of the bus. That was totally unacceptable.
