I want to report a collective complaint about the delivery of Ali Express Standart Shipping, which works with an unscrupulous company in Ukraine called Mist Express: https://www.meest-express.com.ua
Customers of your site have for months to beat their parcels at the company Mist Express, which refuses to issue them (because the company is bankrupt and it simply does not have couriers). I call every day with a request to give me my packages, but Mist Express refuses this to me, citing the lack of couriers. It lasts 2-3 weeks each time.
Ali site customers in Ukraine must be heard. On this site there are thousands of complaints about the company Mist Express, which for some unknown reason works with Ali express standart shipping in Ukraine: https://www.otzyvua.net/mist-ekspress.html
The rating of this delivery is so terrible that people simply don’t want to shop on the Ali Express website.
Please CHANGE the partner delivery company in Ukraine, because Mist Express is company cheater, wich refuse to deliver our parcels, or deliver them 1 month in Ukraine!!!! For 2-3 weeks parcels travel from China to Ukraine and more than Month
Mist express carries parcels on the territory of Ukraine!
