While I’m not sure about returns within Ukraine, purchasing from another country makes returns nearly impossible. The seller avoids accepting returned packages. I sent a return from Poland, certain it would reach the specified address, but in Ukraine, it was delivered to a pickup point. I tried to arrange courier delivery, but the courier fee must be paid by the seller. The seller refuses to pay, despite this being a return of an item bought online, where they should refund me. They could easily deduct the courier fee from the refund but repeatedly refuse, showing they never intended to issue a refund. Don’t be misled. 2. When making a distance purchase, as a consumer, you have the right to return the product. 3. Items arrive without tags. The seller only permits exchanges or store credit, which must be used within six months. 4. Products do not match their website images and are not worth the price.
