Criminals!!! - Відгуки про Служба экспресс доставки "TMM Express"
Emole and TMM Експрес sent my two boxes with used personal items from Poland to Ukraine, we agreed for 350 euros to my address in Ukraine. They requested original receipts of all used items, saying that this request was from customs, customs in Ukraine answered me that they didn't receive any request from Emole regarding my parcels... Emole wrote to me because I don't have receipts for all items (pillow covers that | hand made), I need to pay one committee to get evaluation of the items. I called this committee and they said they do only service only for commercial cargo. Then Emole and TMM Експресс wrote to me that they are sending my items back to Poland and I will have to pay to them again for them (350 euros to send to Ukraine and the another amount extra to send my parcels back to Poland because I didn't give them receipts for pillow covers that I hand made!!!!
Also they were demanding to pay extra - thousands of hrivnyas beside 350 euros otherwise they won't give my parcels.
I complained on the official customs site about their actions and it helped a lot to reduce abuse from their site. But still - they lied that customs in Ukraine told to pay taxes and customs for my used personal items. I wrote to Ukrainian customs and they replied that customs released my 2 boxes to Emole and there were no custom and tax fees. Emole and TMM Експресс
was cheating again! With the help of my friend, I managed to fill all the papers to get my parcels but Emole was keeping them demanding additional fake fees - additional fees for broker (I paid already broker fees but they wanted more, taxes and customs fees (there were no such charges towards my parcels), all these fees were fake!
After 3 months of abuse from Emole staff and TMM
Експрес I finally got my 2 boxes with personal items. 3 months of dozens of letters to different institutions to help me to receive my parcels which Emole and TMM
Експресс were holding and were abusing me with many fake fees and non existing charges from customs.
After 3 stressful months dealing with criminals I received my 2 boxes with personal items.
Unfortunately many items were badly damaged (scratches with knife and multiple holes).
I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Abusers, cheaters, criminals.
