Отзыв о Стоматология Astra Dent по адресу Київ, пр-т Героев Сталинграда, 12-Г My 1st visit was ok, except that at checkout I was forced to pay 400 uah for a CD with my x ray results. I did not want or ask for this CD, nor was I told it was being made. I will never use it in the future. The cost wasn't covered by my insurance like the other costs were, and I'm sure that if I wasn't foreign this cost would not have appeared. The 2nd visit was terrible. The cleaning was very uncomfortable, and when I went to pay I discovered I had been charged for the most expensive cleaning, even thought I asked the dentist before hand for 1 of the basic options. They didn't make me pay for the additional cost, but I had to argue for this. Again, I feel like they wanted to take advantage of me for being a foreigner.

It has happenned to me also but I am Unrainian, so that is not the issue. They always charging money after the procedure, it is very frustrating, I will never come back.
