Agoda only sent the confirmation after the booking dates had already passed. Now they refuse to refund me, blaming the hotel’s cancellation policy — even though the problem was entirely on Agoda’s side.
Their customer service was unhelpful and ignored the fact that I never had access to the service I paid for.
I do not recommend using Agoda — unreliable and careless.
