I used your service to buy roundtrip tickets from Ukraine to Bali.
Back from Denpasar to Warsaw, booking number 704300135, I was denied boarding flight VJ998, operated by VietJet. They said I needed a visa to Hanoi, which takes 1-3 business days. So, all my connecting tickets were wasted, and I had to buy new ones, costing over $1,000. Upon arrival in Ukraine, I called the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese Immigration Service, and they told me I didn't need a visa because all the rules had been met: no checked baggage (carry-on), only a connection/transit, no exit from the airport, and no more than 24 hours in the country.
It turns out that due to the fault of VietJet Air employees, I missed my flight, and all my other flights. A ton of stress, huge expenses, and a lot of time spent corresponding with all the agencies and airlines.
Terrible service! My trip 704300135 disappeared in my personal account. There is no one to contact except bots, even bots answer emails, phones are also bots. I want to leave a request for a refund due to the airline's fault, but my booking Denpasar-Hanoi-Istanbul-Warsaw disappeared on 19.12-20.12. To contact support, you need to select a route, but it is not in the account! And no one can solve this issue
