Unfortunately, the service on board from New York to Kyiv was on the lowest possible level in comparison with experience on other European carrier flights: 1. Food delivered was cold, bread was rough, not fresh and not soft; beverages were delivered only 2 or 3 times on an 8 hour flight in contrast to European carriers were beverages are delivered without any pauses. 2. Only blanket was given: no small pillow, no sleeping eye mask; headphones were in a regular Ziploc: disgusting fact, because obviously they were not disinfected after previous passenger, no sleeping socks, no earplugs. 3. Flight attendants and check-in agents were not able to comprehend simple Ukrainian language which is an absolute absurd given that this is supposed to be Ukrainian Airlines, not Russian. 4. Check-in agent viciously asked to weight my purse: personal items taken into the cabin are never weighted on any other airline.
Very disappointed with the service received. I had hope that the single existing airline on the Ukrainian airline market would provide at least decent service. I was wrong. I am not willing to fly Ukrainian airline no more and will advice the same to people in our community. We want service, not absence of it.
European and US carriers, Lufthansa, Delta, United, KLM, Air France, LOT, etc, have way more better service for the same price.
Keep working on your poor customer service because soon US flights will become unprofitable and will be suspended as it was with Aerosvit. You are already losing clients. 1 згоден
