I leave a review about the Kiwi company and their help to Ukrainians. I will never use their services again and would not recommend to anyone. it is better to overpay 100-200 dollars but sleep peacefully. We bought tickets to Canada with 2 transfers and everything seems to be fine with luggage. but then the next day in the evening a message comes that they could not add luggage at the transfer points and I will need to buy it at the airport (which is very expensive). I can't call the airline and clarify this issue. they only speak English or French. You can't write to them, just call them. I can’t change the ticket and return it because they won’t return the money for it. These were the last savings from Ukraine. no one to help. Things, too, all that we only had 1 suitcase and a backpack. which will cost more than 200 dollars at least in only one airport and there are 2 of them. All that the support service told me was "we are very sorry." and we are very sorry that we used their services and were left with nothing. the only option is 2 backpacks with minimal things. neither jackets nor warm sweaters (which are not needed in such a hot country as Canada) we cannot afford to take with us. But we can’t buy new things there either. This is how not only war but also a simple kiwi application leaves you with nothing.
