I do not advise anyone to use dpd services in the Netherlands. Irresponsible, incompetent and lying agents work here. First, they sent my package to another city, not to the specified address, and then returned it to the sender without explaining the reason for the return. Secondly, to my inquiry about the parcel and the request to inform the reason why it was not delivered to the address, the answer was not received immediately, as indicated on the website, but after 4 days. Thirdly, they wrote the reason for the return that they could not call me, although there was no missed call on the days of the scheduled delivery. Complete disappointment from the services, negative emotions from the communication and the desire to never cooperate with them again.
