Honestly, these guys absolutely crushed it. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but they seriously went above and beyond for us, way past what we actually paid them for. Because of our tight schedule and specific criteria, there just weren't enough options available, so they literally asked us to switch to their 'Economy' tier just to keep things smooth and avoid any issues. It ended up being cheaper anyway, so honestly, no complaints—problem solved, and the outcome was a total dub. Since it was our first time ever hiring a realtor, we only knew the basics. But they basically held our hand through the whole process. They explained how to handle the lease, how to vibe check the landlord, what to ask right off the bat, and even gave us some lowkey tips on what not to blab about initially. Legit great team. Obviously, I’m not saying it was a flawless 10/10—I already explained the hiccups above. But it’s still a solid 5-star review from me. They genuinely cared and gave us a ton of support just as decent human beings. They definitely know their stuff, and you can even joke around with them a bit (within reason, of course). Total vibes.
