Trying to buy tickets for Ukraine vs Portugal. It was announced that tickets will be available for the general public on 20th of September but looks like the website is not working properly or it is just some kind of tickets scam.
Ticketsbox.com does offer phone support but customer Service is not responding to phone calls.
In soviet Ukraine tickets buy you.

Unfortunately, we experienced certain problems in the past when selling tickets for top matches of the national team. As a ticket operator, we could only by order of the organizer fulfill certain requirements and the procedure for selling tickets was completely developed by the UAF (Ukrainian Football Association).

Experiencing heavy loads on the call center and in support, the speed of answers did not always reach the optimal, but we made conclusions, improved and will definitely fix all the shortcomings for our future. All details were handed over to the organizer so as not to make mistakes in the future.
