The online resource https://use.ai/ offers extended access to artificial intelligence features. The publicly available terms describe three offers: a 7-day trial version for $0.99, a Monthly subscription for $29.99, and a Quarterly subscription for $49.99. The help information also assures that there are no additional hidden charges. After subscribing to the trial, within a few hours daily usage limits are imposed, citing that the daily limit has been exceeded, and the user is prompted to choose a Monthly or Quarterly plan. After selecting and paying for the Quarterly plan, after some time additional funds are charged to the account in circumvention of the established overall limit on financial transactions on the bank card, for a tariff plan that does not exist in the public agreement – Super Monthly Pro. ATTENTION! Even with a zero overall limit set on the card, funds are still debited! These are MIT payments! Further use of the service becomes practically impossible: after 4–5 requests, the system blocks access and demands payment for non-existent tariffs beyond the scope of the already paid quarterly plan. Customer support is simply an artificial algorithm that does not resolve the problem, only pretends to do so, and then claims it cannot find your account. The excess amount of $59.99 charged is not refunded, despite the existing quarterly payment of $49.99. Scammers! It turns out that once a user voluntarily makes several subscription payments, the banking system assesses the service as reliable and then allows the service to charge additional funds without any notification to the cardholder via SMS / 3-D Secure! Moreover, the address they provide on Google Maps turns out to be a car parking lot! WWW.USE.AI/SU – scammers! WWW.USE.AI – scammers! ________________________________________ What is MIT in simple terms: 👉 You do not press “Pay” at the moment the money is charged. 👉 The service itself sends the payment to the bank, referring to your prior consent. Typical examples of MIT: • subscriptions; • automatic charges; • add-ons / upgrades; • penalties, fees, service renewals; • “pay later,” when the charge is made after the fact. How MIT looks technically: In the payment request, the bank sees: • type: MIT or Recurring; • reference to a previous authorization; • no repeated 3-D Secure; • no active action by the customer. ❗ That is why: • limits often do NOT apply; • 3-D Secure is not requested; • the customer only finds out after the charge has been made.

Недостатки:
A paid subscription does not guarantee access. After just a few messages, the service becomes blocked and requires an additional payment for “SuperPro.” The actual usage limits are not disclosed prior to purchase. Customer support confirms that users are effectively forced to upgrade. I do not recommend paid plans.
